GridInsight offers various subscription plans (Free, Starter, Professional, Enterprise) with different features, usage limits, and pricing. Plan details, features, and pricing are available on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected billing period. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our Refund Policy.
You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your subscription. If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service.
We reserve the right to modify subscription fees at any time. Price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, software, and materials, is owned by GridInsight and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You retain ownership of any data, content, or materials you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
GridInsight uses publicly available data from Hydro-Québec. This data remains the property of Hydro-Québec and is subject to their terms and conditions. We provide analytical tools and insights based on this data but do not claim ownership of the underlying data.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRIDINSIGHT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GridInsight, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Argentina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or through a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GridInsight regarding the Service.

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
