GridInsight is a predictive energy optimization platform for industry. We offer real-time monitoring, demand forecasting, reports, and natural-language queries. It supports multiple data sources (grid data and your own pilot data), multi-site deployment, and is built for directors of operations and energy managers.

By default we use official Hydro-Québec data (updated every 15 minutes). On plans with pilot data, you can also load your own demand and generation data (exported from meters, SCADA systems, or your utility). The platform normalizes and analyzes it in the same view as grid data.

No. GridInsight is not a SCADA system and does not install meters. We work with the data you already have: we integrate and analyze data exported from your industrial meters, SCADA systems, or grid (e.g. Hydro-Québec). You load or send it via API; we display it in dashboards, forecasts, AI, and reports, without replacing your existing systems.

Yes! When you sign up, you'll automatically get our free plan with basic features. You can upgrade to a paid plan anytime to unlock more features and higher limits.

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate the difference.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay via wire transfer or invoice.

The AI agent answers in natural language (Spanish, English, French) about demand, generation, peaks, load factor, and energy balance. It uses whatever data is assigned to your account: by default grid data (Hydro-Québec) or, if you have pilot data, your own data. Answers are technical and geared to operations and costs.

It depends on the source. Hydro-Québec data is updated every 15 minutes. If you use pilot data (meters, SCADA, exports), the frequency is whatever you set when loading or integrating it; the platform displays it in the same view as grid data.
